| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) This role will report to Head of Business Banking |
| | 2) Manage Relationships with Relationship Managers |
| | 3) Deliver innovative cash flow and transactional solutions to customers |
| | 4) Relationship manage customers that only have working capital productss/look for opportunities to introduce additional products |
| | 5) Meet/exceed agreed objectives for revenue/sales and customer service |
| | 6) Identification of potential customers |
| | 7) Manage a team of transactional banking officers. |
| | To be successful in the role, the applicant should display the following competencies and experience: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Experience in working as part of sales team; Ability to analyse and understand financial accounts and information |
| | - Minimum 2 years customer service experience working with personal and business customers; Proven success in sales and origination |
| | - Well developed communication skilsl, including being fluent in Bislama and English both written and verbal (French an advantage) |
| | - Must be innovative, show initiative and desire to learn; Demonstrate an ability to develop strong partnerships with customers |
| | - Desire and ability to provide an excellent level of customer service; Drivers license; Experience in technology (EFTPOS) is an advantage. |
