| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) The role will include completing title searches and research at the Lands Department in Port Vila, searching of registered titles, Strata title information and survey information |
| | 2) You will also spend time in an office environment working alongside Valuers and support staff. |
| | Required skills: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Advanced computer skills and knowledge; High knowledge of the legal lease structure of property titles in Vanuatu |
| | - Ability to read legal documents and summarise with notes; Advanced grasp of written and spoken English. French language would be an advantage |
| | - High work ethics and company loyalty; Enthusiastic committed work ethic; Work in a team environment |
| | - High attention to detail; Time management and organisational skills |
| | - Ability to work by one self; Good personal presentation; Drivers licence, is preferred. |
