| | - Experience:Four years of progressive work experience in lands (planning administration, lands record for registration and lease execution section); |
| | - Special Skills leadership:Legal knowledge, public relations skills, arbitration and diplomacy; Thinking Style: analytical thinker; |
| | - Communication / Interpersonal Skills:Must be fluent in English, French and Bislama is an advantage; |
| | - Language:An excellent command of English or French and Bislama is required. A working knowledge of an alternative language is desirable. |
