Job Desctiption:

Devra développez commercialement l'activité de projeteur et de topographie du bureau, vous répondez aux appels d'offre et entretenez la relation commerciale avec les clients.
Vous managez une équipe de techniciens si besoin.
Vous gérez le planning de l'équipe et du matériel.
Vous contrôlez la qualité des différentes prestations régulièrement effectuées au sein du service : - Levés corps de rue, levés surfacique, bathymétrie, bâtiments, réseaux d'eaux usées et eaux pluviales, carto 200... - Détections de réseaux divers... - implantation de sondages, bâtiments. - Plans et rapports des études topographiques

 

Selection Criteria:

1 an d'expérience dans un cabinet de géomètre
BTS Géomètre Topographe ou équivalent
Utilisation des logiciels : Autocad, Covadis, SketchUp, Google Earth Pro, Map Info et la suite Office.
Savoir utiliser appareil type total station et GPS Leica, Trimble, CHC et Topcon
Parler le Bichlama, Francais et Anglais

The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) was established under the VNPF Act [CAP. 189] to provide security for workers during their working life and into retirement.

Job Desctiption:
We currently have an opportunity for a Team Leader Investments to join the Fund.

Reporting to the Executive Manager Finance, Investment and Property, the position will enable the successful incumbent to improve business opportunities and identify potential avenues for increasing financial returns for the fund in line with Fund's investment Policy and Objectives.

Key outcomes:
• Managing the efficient operation of the investments department by ensuring the development, implementation and review of appropriate management
• Undertaking Financial and investment analysis and making recommendations on emerging investment market opportunities
• Leading a team of motivated, competent and well trained staff by managing accountabilities and standards of performance
• Produce timely reports to the Executive Manager Finance, Investment and Property
• Perform other duties assigned by the Superior
