Job Description:  Telecom Vanuatu Limited is seeking for a Project Supervisor for the ongoing projects in Vanuatu. Missions To assist the Project Head and Project Coordinator in monitoring and controlling the project deliverables and schedules accordingly. Duties Include: To manage, coordinate and control end to end the communication concerning the project among the entire stakeholders To conduct job acceptance with contractor/supplier as stipulated by TVL management To supervise the project deliverables in conformity with required quality and standard To compile, collate and file all relevant documentation for the project progressively To monitor, supervise and control the project scope in compliance with agreed contract, specification and standard To follow up the progress of work on site (Tower) from technical site survey to final acceptance stage To coordinate and monitor the work progress in accordance to work plan and make sure the project is delivered to time and schedule To act as TVL liaising officer/ambassador to all the stakeholders involved in the project deliverables To prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly report to the Project coordinator promptly, regularly and back up with pictures To escalate to project coordinator any variance/changes/complexity/clarification in the projects To do any other relevant assignment given by TVL management.

Criteria: Not less than 5 years’ experience as a project supervisor in construction/telecom industry Exceptional computer literacy (Microsoft word, Power point, Excel & Microsoft project) Highly skilled and experienced in project coordination and acceptance Maturity to communicate effective well with all the stakeholders in the project Must be able to work under pressure Readiness to travel to any part of the island in Vanuatu with short notice.
