1) Supporting the manager HR and senior HR officer with providing human resource advice and services to the VPF commissioner, executive and members

2) Confirming members eligibility for entitlements according to the police act and general orders

3) Processing members salary increments, all forms of leave and HR allowances and inputting data into HRMIS on a daily basis

4) Undertaking quality assurance for members payments and providing advice to members and senior HR officers

5) Provide support on HR matters including the VPF organisation structure and assist with the functioning of the HR section when the senior HRO is on official travel or leave

6) Maintaining members personal files and records and perform other duties as required.
