Missions et attributions

• Préparer et contrôler les commandes à livrer ou au wharf et faire valider par le Chef d'atelier,
• Procéder au chargement des marchandises sur le véhicule de livraison manuellement ou à l'aide du matériel de manutention mis à sa disposition (pont roulant, chariot élévateur), et s'assurer que le chargement soit optimisé (n'excédant pas la charge utile du camion, et volume pas trop faible non plus pour rentabiliser la livraison).
• Conduire le véhicule de livraison et délivrer la marchandise au client dans le respect des délais, de la qualité du produit et de la règlementation routière (vitesse, code de la route)
• Assurer l'entretien courant et le contrôle quotidien du véhicule de livraison
• Peuvent procéder au rangement des matières premières ou des produits finis (utilisation du chariot élévateur et/ou du pont roulant) dans les zones internes et externes de stockage en assurant un stockage et une manipulation en toute sécurité et dans le respect des règles de qualité,
• Contrôler visuellement l'état du matériel de manutention utilisé et selon la checklist
• Lors de la sortie de la marchandise, procéder aux vérifications selon procédure : quantité, signature du client sur le Delivery Docket et remettre le document au préparateur de livraison.
• Participer aux inventaires des quincailleries et les produits finis lors des inventaires périodiques.


L'opérateur de livraison peut être affecté à toute machine de production sur laquelle il aura reçu une formation interne ou externe complète et appropriée, conformément à la grille de polyvalence du site.
