Organisation Description:
The Northern Island Stevedoring Company Limited (NISCOL) Port Services is a Limited Company owned by the following shareholders: SANMA Province (30%), MALAMPA Province (20%), PENAMA Province (20%), TORBA Province (10%), Luganville Municipal Council (10%) and the Vanuatu Government (10%).
The company operates all stevedoring, wharfage and transportation of international cargoes at Luganville in Santo, Republic of Vanuatu.
Job Desctiption:
Due to a restructure of our business NISCOL is looking to recruit a skilled and qualified HR Practitioner to join us. This position will be part of our Management Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will have the following experience in order to be shortlisted for the role:
Essential
• Tertiary qualification in a field of management.
• A balanced approach to deal with all facets of HRM.
• Essential skills and experience in Change management.
• An empathy for human work team needs.
• Undertaking Job design.
• Industry experience.
Selection Criteria:
