Organisation Description:
A leading grocery establishment in Vanuatu with 7 retail supermarkets, 2 wholesale outlets, and 4 service stations.
Job Desctiption:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes supervising staff, ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized, handling customer service, among others.
Selection Criteria:
Work experience in retail / sales department
Strong organizational skills
Attention to details
Excellent math and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to learn, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure
Ability to follow directions and take feedback constructively
Ability to work long and extended hours
Hard-working individual
Fluent in English, oral and written
Proficiency in relevant software and systems
Having a common vehicle driver’s license and/or forklift experience can be beneficial
