Key Responsibilities
• He/she should have the best knowledge in pan Asian Cuisine.
• Good in Plating and following the standard recipe.
• Ensuring Kitchen is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• He/she should have the knowledge of Opening and closing and handover policy.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and Food safety standards.
• Managing the team in a professional manner.
• Providing excellent customer satisfaction.
• Handling customer with professional manner.
• Creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for team and the customers.
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers.
• Supervising, training, and evaluating bar staff.
• Scheduling staff shifts and ensuring adequate coverage.
• Addressing staff issues and providing guidance and support.
• Maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
2. Commis Chef – for Bakery & Pastry (1 Position)
(Hot & Cold)
Key Responsibilities
• He/she should have knowledge of Baking and cold pastries.
• Basic Food hygiene and cleaning manner in section.
• Working responsibility of the job at least 1 year in same department.
• Report to department chef.
• Maintain cleaning in department all the time.
• Make mise-en-place for as per the operations need.
• Check the buffet menu and other menus in prior and make indent for the day.
• Cooking and cooling temperature to be maintain.
• Basic cooking of Bakery and cold pastry.
