South Pacific Botanicals produce a range of cosmetic products using all natural ingredients sourced from the Pacific, with a predominant focus on extraction and use of essential oils in their products.

Job Desctiption:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to offer personalized services to our customers to help them choose the right health & body products from The Summit range of  pure and natural, locally manufactured skincare products.

Our  Manager's responsibilities include suggesting products that meet clients' needs and informing customers about product details, such as ingredients, application methods and price. To be successful in this role, you are customer-service oriented and are familiar with "The Summit" wide range of health & body products, or are willing to learn about them and their benefits for natural skin care. You will manage The Summit Shop  as well as looking after the needs of our local retail and wholesale customers.  Ultimately, you will help achieve our sales quotas while promoting our products to customers and will be well rewarded for fulfilling agreed sales targets.
We are looking for our  manager to have social media interests and skills which can also help to increase sales in our website shop www.thesummitvanuatu.com.

This position is based at The Summit Shop, Tanna Coffee Central factory, next door to Sama Sama store on Mele Road.  You will be joining a small and happy team, and you will be rostered to work, on occasions, on weekends and public holidays.

Selection Criteria:
• Identify customer needs and recommend skin care products based on their preferences and your knowledge
• Demonstrate proper use of skin care products
• Cross-sell beauty products, when appropriate (e.g. serums, body lotions and hair care products)
• Ensure proper presentation of products on shop shelves
• Inform customers on prices and special offers
• Promote online shop through social media
• Attend to customer enquiries from online shop
• Visit sites of our local wholesale and retail customers to service their continuing needs

Requirements and Experience Selection Criteria
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service skills, with a minimum 2 years of experience working in sales or customer service.
• Ability to remain calm and pleasant during peak hours
• Social media interests, understanding and skills
• Experience in cash handling and credit card transactions
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Retail Manager
• Able to give and accept feedback and willingness to continually improve

• Basic level of education to leaving certificate is preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English is essential
• Fluent in spoken French and Bislama would be a plus
• A current driver's licence would be a huge advantage
