Organisation Description
Reflections Retreat is a lifestyle retreat located in Havannah Harbour, Efate. We are a small kitchen, providing three healthy meals a day for up to eight guests. We offer some vegan and vegetarian meals but also provide meals with a meat option. Most of the food we serve is gluten and dairy free. We operate seven days a week on a roster system.

Job Description
Our chief cook will direct kitchen activities & staff, set weekly menus, manage stock levels, prepare shopping lists,  and participate in setting weekly staff rosters. 
Prepare and cook menu items and manage food service to meet quality, presentation and timeliness requirements. Comply with nutrition, sanitation and safety standards and maintain a clean, tidy & organised kitchen. Help develop and support a good team culture.
Selection Criteria
Previous kitchen experience of at least 3 - 5 years.
Interest in working with a healthy food program.
Be punctual, neat and tidy and maintain high level of hygiene.
Possess good interpersonal skills.
Be very customer service focused.
Work well as part of a team and also be able to handle the kitchen alone if necessary.
Vanuatu citizens only.
