Job Description
To coordinate and facilitate land leases prior to registration
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria:

Qualification: Diploma or a degree in land management and or legal studies

Special Business Education: Land management & real estate

Experience: 3 years progressive work experience in lands (planning administration, lands records for registration and lease execution section)

Special Skills: Some legal knowledge and public relations skills & social equality

Thinking style: Analytical thinker

Communication/Interpersonal skills: must be fluent in English, French and bislama is an advantage

Behavioural Competencies: Cooperative, honest and confident in oneself as an officer/leader who can be trusted and respected and must be a team player

Language: English, French and bislama is required.
