Organisation Description
Department of Lands, Surveys & Records (Port-Vila)

Job Description
Examine all planning applications and other planning related matters covered within the development control function of the department.
Selection Criteria
Qualification: Diploma or a degree in land management

Special Business Education: Town and country planning or land use planning & real estate, economics or legal studies would be an asset

Experience: 3-5 years experience in all or some of the above duties  & responsibilities

Special Skills: Presentation skills, interpretation skills, planning and report writing skills and computer literate

Thinking style: Analytical

Communication/Interpersonal skills: Good communication skills

Behavioural Competencies: Must have respect  for superiors and is cooperative and be able to work in a team

Language: English, French and bislama is required.
