Deco Stop Lodge - busy Restaurant and Accomodation set up on the Hill overlooking the Segond Channel. Infinity Pool- 10mins walk into the main town centre.

Job Description
Head Chef - full-time position, must be fully qualified with Min 4yrs experience, must be able to work weekends and Public Holidays
Restaurant Supervisor - must be fully qualified in the daily operations of our busy restaurant, 4yrs min experience, able to work weekends and public holidays

Selection Criteria
Must have 4yrs min experience
To supply all references and CV's
Speak good english and french
Stock control
Time Management
Organising of kitchen staff & stocktaking
Menu planning
Work in a Team environment
Events & FUnctions
Fortnightly in Vatu
