Job Description:
Applications are invited for the above position at Air Vanuatu Catering Centre, Port Vila.
Applicants should be suitably qualified for the above mentioned position. Ideally applicants should be certified as Chef de Partie and possess suitable qualifications and/or have the relevant experience.

Criteria:
- Complete year 13 education
- Minimum of five (5) years work experience in similar position
- Have good time management and organizational skills to ensure all preparation/meals are completed on time
- Must have good cooking skills and a sound knowledge of cooking methods and ingredients
- Understand the importance of health and hygiene in a catering environment
- Training within this position will be provided
- Be able to work without supervision
- Have the flexibility to work whatever hours deemed necessary to ensure all preparation/meals are completed on time
- Excellent Oral, Written and Communication skills required
- Must be able to provide Police Clearance and Medical Report declaring fit for all duties
- Ability to work a seven (7) day rotating shift roster.
