| | Transparency Vanuatu is currently seeking the services of an external consultant to conduct a full review and assessment of the progress, operations and organisational structure of both Transparency Vanuatu and the Advocacy & Legal Advice Centre (ALAC). |

| | This is a temporary position of one month’s duration including production of the final report. |

| | Minimum Requirements; |
| | Criteria: |
| | - A graduate degree or higher in public &/or private sector management, human resources or other relevant field; |
| | - In depth knowledge of the Melanesian / Pacific region; |
| | - In depth knowledge of Transparency International; |
| | - Strong understanding of practical realities facing small to medium sized advocacy NGO's; |
| | - Proven experience and understanding of good governance; |
| | - Human resource management and training; |
| | - A minimum of 5 years experience supporting organizational development and change; |
| | - Ability to commence in Port Vila in February 2014; |
