| | - Bachelor degree, preferably at honors level. |
| | - Accounting, Economics, Commerce or related discipline. |
| | - At least 2 years experience in budget preparation and management, experience in revenue policy and Tax policy Advice. |
| | - Exposure to the Financial information system. |
| | - Research and analytical skills of economic and financial policy issues, computer skills in word processing. |
| | - Analytical, policy skills, practical thinker |
| | - Highly developed strong written and oral communication skills, prepare and deliver training on revenue and taxation. |
| | - Honest, reliable and of good character. |
| | - English or French and Bislama. |
