| | - Bachelor degree, preferably at honors level. |
| | - Accounting, Economics, Commerce or related discipline. |
| | - Strong understanding of the government financial system and features and procedures. |
| | - Experience in prepare budget, managing budget. |
| | - Experience in preparing financial reports. |
| | - Strong quantitative and analytical skills of high order, strong spreed sheet (e.g. Excel) skills. |
| | - Ability to prepare and deliver training progarms |
| | - Analytical and practical thinker. |
| | - Strong written and oral communication skills |
| | - Honest, reliable and of good character |
| | English French and bislama. |
