| | - A tertiary qualification in Sales & Marketing and or relevant Resort or Hotel experience; A minimum of five years experience within the hospitality industry |
| | - Proven experience in Management role with strong knowledge in IHG financial on line system is an advantage; Meticulous approach and experience of Sales & Marketing practices including financial |
| | reporting, operating budget, cash flow management and financial forecasting |
| | - The ability to contribute to senior management on long range strategies and business plans; Exceptional communication skills, coupled with the ability to lead and manage a team |
| | - Ideally, you will have five (5) years of experience in a Management & Sales with relevant school/college qualifications. |
