| | The Vanuatu National Provident Fund is a body established by an Act of Parliament CAP 180 to provide for member contributions to and the payment of members benefits out of the Fund. |
| | It is seeking to recruit for its Head Office in Port Vila the position mentioned. |
| | This is a Managerial position, requiring a person of good character, maturity and dedication. |
| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | The person is responsible for ensuring the provision of efficient service of enforcement of compliance provision of VNPF Act and Regulations relating to employer registration and contribution. |
| | The minimum requirements of this position are: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Tertiary qualification with Law as a subject; Minimum 3 years working experience, especially in the area of investigation work, enforcement and debt recovery |
| | - Proven managerial experience; Strong analytical and negotiation skills |
| | - Committed and dedicated worker; Able to work under pressure |
| | - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all three languages is an advantage |
| | - Computer literate. |
