| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) The Shop Manager must develop the revenue,margin and the customer basis of 2 retail shop,directly report to Business Manager/General Manager |
| | 2) Manage 4-6 staffs (scheduling,disciplining,training,appraising,...) |
| | 3) Identify current and future customer requirement for sale opportunity |
| | 4) Ensures availability of merchandises and services by managing inventories |
| | 5) Propose pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities |
| | 6) Market merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, display plans |
| | 7) Provide a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers |
| | 8) Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with laws |
| | 9) Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Graduation: Year 13 + 3 year of commerce studies; + 5 years experience as a sales representative or similar job |
| | - Knowledge: Customer service, store management, account receivable |
| | Skills |
| | - English, French, optional Bislama spoken; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills |
| | - Operational marketing, pricing; Very good computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) |
| | - Personal attributes: Honest and trustworthy. |
