| | Applications are invited for the position of cargo import officer for Air Vanuatu (operations) limited. This position will be based at Bauerfield International Airport, Port Vila, Vanuatu. |
| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | The Position will report through to Manager Cargo. |
| | Interested applicant must have the following requirements: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Demonstrated cargo and customer services experience desirable; Excellent negotiating and problem solving skills |
| | - Demonstrated experience in inbound cargo clearing & reporting process, training and motivating staff |
| | - Demonstrate experience in handling customer and public enquiries; Ability to be "on call" 24 hours/7 days a week and work weekends as required |
| | - Excellent oral, written, communication and computer skills required |
| | - Holder of a current driver's licence essential; Must be able to provide police clearance and a medical report declaring fit for all duties and eligible to hold an aviation security identification card |
