| | We are seeking qualified staff to fill the position of Operations Supervisor. |
| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Oversees the Operations & Maintenance of the Power Station(s) to ensure safe, efficient and economical operation |
| | 2) Maintenance of the Power Station(s) in line with the company policies, customer guidelines and general industrial and good engineering practices |
| | 3) Addresses all issues pertaining to the Power Station(s) to the best of his ability and authority |
| | 4) Prepare, assist to prepare & oversees preparation of annual Power Station(s) budgets, i.e. operating, cash flow and CAPEX |
| | 5) Performs any other relevant related duties as assigned by General Manager. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following requirements: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - A thorough understanding of all operations and maintenance issues on diesel engine and hydro power plants with specialization in is own trade is required |
| | - Applicant is required to ensure safe, efficient and cost effective operation and maintenance of the Power Stations with an aim to deliver quality & reliable Power to the customer(s) with maximum |
| | availability and to maximize company profits keeping long and short term goals of the organization in mind. |
