| | The Ministry of Education, Youth Development and Training wishes to recruit externally one suitable candidate for the position of Principal, Malapoa College. |
| | The position will be on a contract bases for four (4) years and can be renewed based on the performance of the person appointed into the position. |
| | Both males and females are encouraged to apply. |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following requirements: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Must have a degree in either Education or Management from a recognise tertiary institution; At least more than three (3) years in a senior management position preferably educational administration |
| | and policy development |
| | - Must have the ability to demonstrate high level advise with regards to school management issues |
| | - Must be able to develop policies for the school; Must demonstrate the ability to interpret and understand various educational legislations and regulatory orders |
| | - Be of good character |
| | - Fluent in English and Bislama and a knowledge of French is an advantage. |
