| | - Proven history of at least 10 years experience in a sales and operations role within the commodities and hardware industry in the pacific |

| | - Proven strong people skills and human resource management experience, to select and train staff in all aspects of sales and operational knowledge |
| | - Sound knowledge inventory control, stock taking procedures and warehousing, as well as working knowledge in occupational safety and health |
