| | - University Degree or Diploma in either Public Administration or Sports Administration; A minimum experience of 5-7 years in sports development and /or administration |
| | - Experienced with good leadership and attitude; Demonstrated experience in coordinating programs; Experienced in working with rural communities on implementation of development of Projects |
| | - Project design & Implementations; Planning skills; Sports coaching skills; Computer skills; Communication skills; Administration skills |
| | - Open minded; Practical and analytical thinker; Able to work and communicate effectively as a team; Good character, respect |
| | - Must be hardworking; Read and write in fluent English or French and Bislama; Bilingual will be an advantage. |
