| | International Hotels which has over 45 hotels, resorts and spas worldwide in prestigious locations including Europe, USA, Africa, France, Bali, Middle East and the Pacific. |
| | We are currently looking for confident and motivated Duty Manager to join our team. |
| | Duties and Responsibilities: |
| | 1) The role will involve overseeing the smooth, safe & efficient day to day hotel operation |
| | 2) Reporting to the Room Division Manager, your role will be to maximise guest satisfaction and hotel revenue liaising with all departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage making certain that any guest queries and issues are dealt with efficiently whilst maintaining a professional and friendly manner at all times |
| | 3) Whilst on duty, assistance is given to departments as and when required |
| | 4) To help effectively manage the smooth running of the hotel during duty management hours |
| | 5) To deal with and resolve any customer complaints |
| | 6) To attend any operational meetings |
| | 7) Being fully conversant with current availability, group movements, special events and functions taking place within the hotel on a daily basis |
| | 8) Monitoring the hotel lobby and coordinating peak guest and group movements. |
| | The suitable candidate would posses the following qualities: |
| | Criteria: |
| | -At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position; A personal achiever, customer satisfaction oriented |
| | -Computer literacy in MS office; Knowledge of hotel systems would be an advantage. |
