| | We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join out team. Application are being sought for a self motivated and committed professional with background experience in musical instruments, PA, television, HIFI, cameras or other duty free sales. The successful applicant will be required to commitment to a 2 year contract and work as leader and mentor a team |
| | of 10-12 being responsible directly to the group’s retail manager. Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Overseeing all daily activities of the shop |
| | 2) 80% of time will be spent on shop floor meeting customers and working with your team in generating sales |
| | 3) Arranging displays and merchandising for promotions, sales or upcoming events |
| | 4) Stock counting and preparing orders |
| | 5) Organizing stack room and displays areas |
| | 6) Convening weekly sales meetings with your team |
| | 7) Recruitment and training for new members |
| | 8) Supervising and mentoring staff |
| | 9) Preparing staff roster, delegating workloads and generally assisting in store operations |
| | 10) Managing the POS systems, preparing and following through quotations |
| | 11) Reviewing targets and reporting back to management. |
