| | - Possess a degree in Law from a recognised university; Be admitted to practice law in Vanuatu, a commonwealth or other jurisdiction for at least 7 years; Meet all requirements under the constitution, the |
| | judicial services & courts Act, and the legal practitioners’ Act as amended; Be fluent in english and french language |
| | - Possess demonstrable ability for case management; An understanding and reputable member of his/her community; Be computer literate; Be medically fit; Be able and willing to travel to and accept posting |
