Job Desctiption:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Vacation Rental Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of our vacation rental properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all properties are maintained to the highest standards, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maximizing rental income through effective marketing and management strategies. The Vacation Rental Manager will coordinate with property owners, maintenance teams, housekeeping staff, and customer service representatives to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.

Requirements
• Proven experience in property management or hospitality industry. (Minimum 4 years).
• Excellent communication, professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in property management software and online booking platforms.
• Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective pricing strategies.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
. Must speak & write French and English.
. University Degree required.
