Job Desctiption:
The Vanuatu National Provident Fund, the owner of two strategically located cattle grazing properties in Bouffa (Efate) and Beleru (Santo), invites expressions of interest from experienced and reputable cattle and commercial farmers to form a joint venture partnership.
About the Opportunity
• Two parcels of grazing land are available for immediate operational use.
• Properties include a number of existing cattle, basic infrastructure, and significant scope for pasture improvement.
• The project aims to build a sustainable and profitable cattle and commercial farming business under a shared ownership model.
Joint Venture Structure
• Ownership: 51% to VNPF and 49% to Potential partner.
Objectives
• Expand herd capacity, improve grazing systems, and grow market-ready cattle and commercial crops.
• Operate efficiently with a long-term vision for sustainability, animal welfare, and generating strong financial returns.
