Organisation Description:
Dynamic Supply Co Ltd is a premium Retailer & Wholesaler of food, beverage and hospitality products, servicing the majority of the restaurants, hotels & resorts in Vanuatu.
Job Desctiption:
• Management of company appointed foodservice clients ensuring client development and sales maximisation
• Build strong partnerships with new and existing sales customers/ channels
• Lead generation and developing new clients
• Menu planning and development utilising Dynamic Inventory products
• Exceed sales goals
• Prepare and submit sales quotes & orders.
• Present a range of products to existing and prospective clients
• Conduct business development activities to grow the busines
• Run promotional programs in-store
• Understand and promote company values and strategies
• Maximise sales efforts with marketing programs
• Answer client enquiries about credit terms, products, prices and availability
• Maintain client records
Selection Criteria:
• Note this is a senior position within the company – similar experience essential
• Retail & food industry experience
• A passion for food
• Previous experience as a Sales Representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
• Results driven with strong analytical and commercial skills
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office and CRM experience desirable
• Fluent in English, French a bonus
• Current Driver's License
• Must be able to work Saturdays (One on, one off)
Salary:
Negotiable based on experience
