Job Desctiption:

Purpose of Position:

The Imports/Exports Facilitator and Personal Administrative Assistant is a multifaceted position that is responsible for maintaining import and export documentation, liaising with government departments, learning/operating the single window system and assisting the Company managing Director in day-to-day business activities.


Selection Criteria:

Skills Required:

- Personal assistant experience necessary and/or senior administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Competent in both speaking and writing in English
- Previous experience in government customs- ASCUDA- is favourable
- Excellent Computer Skills (Competent in all Microsoft software)
- Excellent Time Management skills are necessary
- Well organised and competent in record-keeping/ filing  
- Holding a drivers license would be advantageous

- Reliable and Honest
- Good work ethic with a growth mindset
- Competent in working independently
- Willing to learn new skills and be part of a team
