FR8 Logistics, agent for the largest, most trusted and reliable logistics brand in the world, DHL Express and Global Forwarding is seeking to employ a Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team who will be responsible for the preparation of customs documentation and ensure that all shipments meet all applicable laws to facilitate the import and export of goods.

Job Description
Customer service manager makes sure that the needs of the customers are being satisfied. Your aim is to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout our organization.
Selection Criteria
• Helping to develop and implement a customer service policy for an entire organisation
• Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services
• Managing a team of customer service staff
• Handling face-to-face inquiries from customers.
• Communicate fluently in English, French, and Bislama and poses excellent telephone skills; Service in all incoming calls
• Handle customer services complain in a timely and efficient manner; Service both internal and external customers
