The Melanesian Port is seeking to
hire 1 (one) experience chef
|
|
Selection Criteria
|
|
• Previous experience of at least 3
- 5 years working in a busy kitchen
• Have to be punctual, neat and tidy and maintain high level of hygiene • Should be confident within all sections in a kitchen operations • Possess good interpersonal skills • Be very good customer focused • Have a good understanding of food cost control • Be able to prepare all food item to order, following standard recipes and procedures with specific time limits • Be able to do preps for BBQ and prepped foods to order and requested temperature • Be a team player and work well under pressure • Be a Vanuatu citizen currently living in Port Vila. |
