Job Description:
The Vanuatu Agriculture Development Bank seeks to recruit a Clerical Assistant.

      Criteria:
      Education Level
      • Must have trained in accountancy and or business administration
      • Must have completed Year 12 with a Certificate in Accounting (Preferably from the VIT)
      Interpersonal Communication Skills
      • Must have good customer service, public relations and people skills
      • Have working knowledge of English and/or French
      • Must have a pleasant personality
      • Must be assertive 
      Computer Skills
      • Must be familiar with MS Word, Excel & Outlook Express Skills
      • Must have good keyboarding skills
      • Must have some understanding of abacus core banking system
      Administration Skills
      • Must have good understanding of office administrative functions
      • Must have excellent chrono, indexing and filing skills
      Law & Policy
      • Must have good understanding the VADB Act
      • Must be able to understand VADB policies and procedures
      Working conditions 
      • Must be able to work from 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
      • Must be able and willing to perform under pressure & outside of normal standard hours
      Work Experience
      • Must have been employed in a similar role for at least 2 years.
