Job Description:
Stop Press Officeworks Vanuatu is the leading wholesale and retail stationery shop in Vanuatu having shops in Downtown, Inside Au Bon Marche Nambatu and its superstore at Champagne Estates, Port Vila.
We are looking for a Photocopy Machine Technician to join our team based at its Head Office in Champagne Estates, Port Vila.

The Photocopy Technician major responsibilities will include the following:
Key Responsibilities
  • Service, maintain and repair photocopier, printer, fax such as Canon, Sharp, Toshiba, Ricoh, Panasonic and Docujet
  • Ordering and installing parts needed for repairs
  • Conduct service throughout a specified area
  • Assure that the repairs done are covered in the warranty
  • Maintain regular inspection of the machine to ensure excellent working condition
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor
  • Maintain inventory items and prepare records accurately
  • Maintain safety and good housekeeping in photocopying section. 
Criteria:
    The successful applicant will have proven experience in:
    • Mono and colour processes
    • Digital technologies
    • Repairing faxes, photocopiers, printers (inkjet and lasers)
    • Trouble shooting electromechanical devices
    • Sound understanding of IT, including network, operating systems & scanning protocols
    • Mentoring & Training Juniors.

    		Salary:

    		Remuneration is negotiable based on experience.

    		English, Bislama, French
