We are looking for interested candidates to fill in the position mentioned.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Shop Manager must develop the revenue, margin and the customer basis of 2 retail shop, directly report to Business Manager/General Manager
- Manage 4-6 Staffs (scheduling, disciplining, training, appraising,...)
- Identify current and future customer requirement for sale opportunity
- Ensures availability of merchandises and services by managing inventories
- Propose pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities
- Market Merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, display plans
- Provide a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers
- Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with laws
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Interested applicant must posses the following:
Criteria:
- Graduation: Year 13 + 3
year of commerce studies; + 5 years experience as a sales representative or
similar job
- Knowledge: Customer
service, store management, account receivable
Skills
- English, French, optional
Bislama spoken; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Operational marketing,
pricing; Very good computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Personal attributes: Honest
and trustworthy.
