| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | - Management and supervision of the production |
| | - Leads efforts to continuously control cost |
| | - Improve efficiency and increase productivity |
| | - Guarantee the maintenance of the production plant |
| | - Ensure that all raw materials are available at all time |
| | - Ensure that all security measures are respected |
| | - Ensure that the environmental rules in the country are respected |
| | - Contribute to put in place projects or investments |
| | - To work out, propose, implement and follow up the annual operational budget |
| | - Create or improve the work procedures |
| | - Put in place cost & performance indicators |
| | - Manage the staff in close relation with the Finance Manager |

| | - Graduation: Year 13 + 5 years in Brewing or similar |
| | - Experience: +10 years in food industry. |
