Wilco Hardware requires an experienced General Manager with a minimum of ten years of experience in business management, planning and financial oversight.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Planning Administration

- HR Management

- Marketing and PR

- Financial Management

- Production / quality Control

- Administrative Management.


1) A Minimum of ten years experience in business management, planning and financial oversight.

2) A minimum of ten years of experience in personnel management, including hiring, supervision, evaluation and benefits administration.

3)A minimum of ten years experience working with a board of directors and committees.

4) College graduate or equivalent experience.

5) Proven skills in business and financial management.

6)Demnstrated ability to work a proactively diverse and inclusive organization.

7) Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

8) Demonatrated ability to manage and supervise a staff team.

9) Effective problem - solving and mediation skills.

10) Demonstarated ability to share skills knowledge with others.

11) Proficency with office computer equipmemt and software.

12) Demonstrated ability to multi-task and working a fast paced office setting.

13) Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations.
