| | Wilco Hardware requires an experienced General Manager with a minimum of ten years of experience in business management, planning and financial oversight. |
| | Responsibilities include but not limited to: |
| | - Planning Administration |
| | - HR Management |

| | - Financial Management |
| | - Production / quality Control |
| | - Administrative Management. |
| | Criteria: |
| | 1) A Minimum of ten years experience in business management, planning and financial oversight. |
| | 2) A minimum of ten years of experience in personnel management, including hiring, supervision, evaluation and benefits administration. |
| | 3)A minimum of ten years experience working with a board of directors and committees. |
| | 4) College graduate or equivalent experience. |
| | 5) Proven skills in business and financial management. |
| | 6)Demnstrated ability to work a proactively diverse and inclusive organization. |
| | 7) Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. |
| | 8) Demonatrated ability to manage and supervise a staff team. |
| | 9) Effective problem - solving and mediation skills. |
| | 10) Demonstarated ability to share skills knowledge with others. |
| | 11) Proficency with office computer equipmemt and software. |
| | 12) Demonstrated ability to multi-task and working a fast paced office setting. |
| | 13) Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations. |
