World Vision Vanuatu is a development organisation that works to transform communities through multisectoral community based programs. Over the past 32 years - working to the development priorities of the Vanuatu Government - World Vision Vanuatu has worked in partnership with communities to deliver critical services in health, education, humanitarian emergency, water and

sanitation, agriculture and rural livelihoods. At the heart of our approach is ensuring that the services we deliver are relevant, cost-effective and make a lasting difference.

In partnership with the Ministry of Education, World Vision Vanuatu is recruiting qualified people to join the vanuatu Government's Strengthening Early Childhood Care and Education program. This is a three year program supported by the governments of Vanuatu, Australia and New Zeland. These positions will be based in Malekula and Port Vila.

The Key functions of this role are to:

- Support the implementation of strengthening Early Childhood Care and Education(SECCE) program in the Torba and Malampa provinces, including planning, immplementation, monitoring and reporting.

- Working closely with the Program Manager, monitor project staff, ensuring they deliver quality services in the community, and strengthen their capacity in line with needs analysis.

- Work in partnership with key stake holders top raise the visibility of ECCE including the SECCE program.



The Ideal candidate should:

Criteria:

a) Have a tertiary Degree or higer education qualification;

b) Have at least two years' experience in managing projects, with proven financial management and community development skills;

c) Have strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple task;

d) Be able to work gracefully under pressure;

e) Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;

f) Be able to build strong working relationships;

g) Be computer literate.
