• Fulfilling customers’ total financial needs by identifying sales and referral opportunities.

• Proactively delivering Service excellencen.

• Minimum 3 years Customer Service experience working with Personal and Business Customers.

• Proven success in sales and origination.

• Well developed communication skills, including being fluent in Bislama and English both Written and Verbal (French an advantage)

• Must be innovative, show initiative and desire to learn.

• Demonstrate an ability to develop strong partnership with customers.

• Desire and ability to provide an excellent level of Customer Service.

• Driver’s license.
