| | Criteria: |

| | • Fulfilling customers’ total financial needs by identifying sales and referral opportunities. |
| | • Proactively delivering Service excellencen. |
| | • Minimum 3 years Customer Service experience working with Personal and Business Customers. |
| | • Proven success in sales and origination. |
| | • Well developed communication skills, including being fluent in Bislama and English both Written and Verbal (French an advantage) |
| | • Must be innovative, show initiative and desire to learn. |
| | • Demonstrate an ability to develop strong partnership with customers. |
| | • Desire and ability to provide an excellent level of Customer Service. |
| | • Driver’s license. |
