| | - A minimum of 10 years experience in the field of Accounting and Finance. |
| | - Must be a certified public Accountant or equivalent. |
| | - Has a working knowledge and experience in MYOB and Room Master Soft ware. |
| | - Able to supervise the Accounts staffs. |
| | - Able to prepare timely and accurate monthly reports and control of the financial resources of the company. |
| | - Able to liaise with banks, Government agencies and auditors in behalf of the company; |
| | - Ability to work under pressure |
