| | This position is responsible for: |
| | - Achieving profitable growth expectations by promoting treasury products. |
| | - Monitor and Manage daily currency/liquidity position towards achievement of targerted business result. |
| | In this role your key accountabilities include Financial and Customer; |
| | - Formulate and implement appropriate strategies to maximise FX revenue and maintainand grow market share. |
| | - Pricing transaction efficiently, with the twins goals of relationship development and maximum profit retention. |
| | - Management of Foreign Exchange, Money Market and Font Office general administration. |
| | - Improve, strengthen customer relationship and delivering quality service rather than purely . |
| | - Lead revenue genertaion by analysing customer base area and develop and implement sales, service and action plans provided by Manager Markets to achieves sustainable growth and profit. |
| | - Ensure all process are within ANZ policy & regulations at all times. In particular actively promote process & procedure in the Business relationship, existing customers, sporters and local market activities. |

| | Criteria: |
| | - Tertiary Qualific ations, preferable Economics or Accounting or equivalent knowledge required through other courses. |
| | - Well-developed problem-solvig skills, the ability to think outside the box to identify and deal with the new challenges in a dynamic enviroment. |
| | - Excellent Communication(oral and written) skills-able to interface effectively with customers and staffs. |
| | - Display efficiency and consistency in regard to the otganistaion duties, work practices, and general dealing operations. |
| | - Shows ability to self develop and to improve Personal Performance, and |
| | - Strong sales and Customer focus. |
