| | VEMSA (PROMEDICAL) is seeking interested applicants for the position of Trainee Paramedic. |
| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | Provide prehospital emergency care to sick and injured residents, Ni-Vanuatu and tourists while gaining a qualification via online training and overseas experience. |
| | The following qualifications and experience are essential. |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Be a Registered Nurse; Speak fluent English and Bislama |
| | - Available for shift work 24hrs a day, 7 days a week on a rotating roster |
| | - Have a passport or ability to gain a passport and be available for overseas travel for both study and work purposes |
| | - Have a police clearance; Have a Vanuatu drivers licence; Have a level of fitness and health required to undertake the work required |
| | - French language; Computer skills; Experience in emergency nursing / pre hospital care. |
