| | - Be a Qualified ALS Paramedic; Be extensive experience in adult education |
| | - Available for shift work 24hrs a day, 7 days a week on a rotating roster; Have a passport or ability to gain a passport and be available for overseas travel |
| | - Have or ability to gain a Vanuatu drivers license; Have a level of fitness and health required to undertake the work required |
