| | - Degree in Education, Geography, Sociology or Economics |
| | - Minimum 5 years experience in research, survey and monitoring or related work |
| | - Must have skills in research and survey, computers, analysis, report writing and communication. |

| | Grade H Os 4.3, VT 1,517, 040 annual salary plus entitlement to child & housing allowances |
