| | Bred (Vanuatu) Limited is seeking recruitment of qualified and experienced persons to fill the position of ICT Officer, at its head-office in Port Vila. This is a senior staff role, reporting directly to the Head of IT Department. No late application will be considered. |
| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Ensure delivery of IT services to all departments of the Banks |
| | 2) Manage and install bank hardware, software installation |
| | 3) Perform EOD & SOD processes |
| | 4) Perform daily checks, maintenance and logs of network related issues on devices |
| | 5) Provide daily help desk support to users |
| | 6) Perform and maintain all required backups |
| | 7) System supervision |
| | 8) System administration |
| | 9) Network support |
| | Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - University degree IT; Minimum 3 years experience in IT position |
| | - Experience in banking and finance sector desirable; Experience in windows 2003/2008 and linux servers administration |
| | - Experience in oracle database, and SQL would be highly regarded |
| | - Effective communication skills; Able to work on night shift |
| | - Be fluent in oral and written English, French is a plus. |
