| | The vanuatu agriculture development bank, now in its second year of commercial operations is looking to fill the role of officer-in-charge business relations. Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) The primary function for this role is to develop and maintain business relations with the bank’s customers |
| | 2) He or she will be responsible for developing the bank’s business and for ensuring that the bank achieves its growth targets in lending to the agriculture, fisheries, forestry and other sectors in the rural areas. |
| | Interested applicant must have the following requirements: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - He/she must hold a degree from a recognised university, with a major in business, management, agriculture or business related concentration; The successful candidate will be computer literate and |
| | conversant with the microsoft office suite of program; A team player with excellent public relation skills; Must be able to demonstrate the capability of dealing with people at all levels of economic strata; Have |
| | at least 5 years work experience in a banking or lending institution, preferably as front desk officer or a lending officer |
| | - The candidate must have hand-on experience in loan solicitation; processing and credit evaluation; This is a sales oriented role and the candidate will lead a team to achieve growth target; Personnel |
| | management skills in and the ability to develop and maintaining teams are essential |
